How to use

For consistent improvement, take one capsule per day with a meal, or within 30 minutes of eating. It doesn’t matter what time you take your probiotic, as long as you take it consistently — and preferably at the same time each day. Building a routine is as important as building a healthy microbiome.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is recommended, but not required.
